Where has customer service gone?
I hadn't heard of a company that didn't offer a live tutorial for it's new customers until I tried this software.
All communication is via e-mail and rarely are questiones answered right away. The software confusing and not user friendly. You don't have a set account representative to help you solve problems or get over obstacles.
Be aware that when you purchase the product you are pretty much on your own and it's sink or swim. I am disappointed in this product.
I do have to give them credit on one thing - the installation is probably the easiest thing they offer.
