Our #6 choice of employee scheduling software is Employee Scheduling Assistant 2000 from Guia Scheduling Software.
New features in version 3 include: Publishing your schedules on the Web, save the schedules as HTML files. Productivity feature now more flexible and can be printed. Option to include “Week numbers” (Mostly used in Europe) and prevent scheduling when an employee has a day off.
Employee Scheduling Assistant 2000 is pretty good scheduling software that's fairly user friendly and offers a fair amount of reporting options along with some very useful features. This whole product is geared more toward a work force that has a full time status.
When you use Employee Scheduling Assistant 2000, there's a list of employees down the left navigation and along the top of the screen is a list of schedule times. All the navigation is located in the drop down menus and the small buttons at the bottom of the screen. We found that this could be improved by adding bigger buttons and better descriptions of the options available.
One thing that was kind of difficult to figure out was how to add additional employees to your schedule without having to start over. Within the product we could not find an "Add" button or a way to do this.
If you want employee scheduling software that offers a little more options and handles more of your employee's personal information than Employee Scheduling Assistant 2000, we suggest check out one of our top rated products, such as WhenToWork, Time Tracker and Schedule It.
